Monica Rose Mary Hagan "Daisy", 67 died August 3, 2018 at Fair Acres, Lima , PA. Born April 10, 1951 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. Hagan and Helen J. Cavanaugh Hagan. She resided in Norwood before moving to Fair Acres in 1991 to the 6th floor where she received excellent care, especially from Vanell Green. She was an avid Phillies fan and loved Animal Planet. She always had a smile on her face for all who crossed her path. She is survived by her devoted sister and champion, Helene M. Agnew.
