Mildred E. Dyabelko (nee Flanagan) 95, a longtime resident of Milmont Park, passed away on October 9, 2021.
Mildred (Millie) was born in Chester to the late John and Ethel (Foster) Flanagan and attended St. Roberts School and Notre Dame High School in Moylan.
Millie was a Philadelphia sports fan and especially a lifelong fan of the Phillies. She would never miss watching a game on TV.
Millie and her late husband Michael were motorcycle enthusiasts. In their younger years, they were members of the Silver Dollar motorcycle club in Chester. She was also a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church.
She was the loving wife of the late Michael, her husband of 50 years, who died in 1997. She was predeceased by her infant daughters, Joyce and Lucinda; her granddaughter, Stacy Dyabelko and her siblings, John Flanagan and Anna Mae Miller.
Millie is survived by her children, Darlene Dyabelko, Michael Dyabelko (Amy) and Joseph Dyabelko (Richard); daughter in law, Kathleen Brommer. Also survived by her grandchildren, Erin Leonard (Drew), Michael McHenry (Brandy) and Laurie Grasty, and five great-grandchildren.
