Michael J. Trinder, 84, of Glen Mills, died April 14, 2020 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Bicester, Oxfordshire, England, he was the son of the late Eric and Winifred Hermon Trinder. Michael came to the US in January 1967 and resided in Prospect Park and Aston before moving to his late residence in 1994.

Michael graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering in 1958. He was employed by Boeing Company as an Engineer since February 1967 and he retired in May 2000. Michael was the Organist/Choir Director at Swarthmore U.M. Church from 1971-1998. He was a member of Christ Church in Ridley Park, where he was the organist since 1998. Michael was a member of the American Guild of Organists and Past Dean of the Southeastern PA Chapter. He enjoyed music and traveling, but most important was his family.

Michael was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, Patricia E. Trinder, who died in February 2004.

He is survived by his children, Victoria F. Trinder, Mark A. Trinder and Catherine Trinder Branson (Alex); his grandchildren, Colette, Simon and Kara; and his sister, Jennifer J. Trinder.
