Michael J. Kornafel, 66, of Ridley Park, died May 7, 2022.

He was born in Chester to the late Henry T. and Martha P. McCloskey Kornafel and was a lifelong resident of Delaware County.

He the owner and operator of Mikey's Place in Folsom and previously worked at various Beer Distributors.

Michael was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and was a graduate of St. James High School, class of 1973 and a member of the St. James Alumni. He loved trucks, cars, music and spending time with his family.

He was the loving husband of Elizabeth M. "Liz" Thornton Kornafel, his wife of 35 years; father of Kyle T. Kornafel, Michael Kornafel and Kevin Kornafel; brother of Cathy Stout.
