Michael Iannacci, 92, of Eddystone died September 12, 2016 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center. Born in Chester, he was the son of the late Michael and Marietta Delorenzo Iannacci.
Michael served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII and was employed by CNA Insurance as a Mail Room Coordinator for 10 years before retiring in 1991. He previously worked for the US Postal Service for 33 years. Michael was an avid Phillies and Temple fan, but most important was his family especially his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Michael was affectionately known as "Uncle Mike", "Pop Pop Nach" to his grandchildren and Mr. "I" to the neighborhood kids.
Michael was predeceased by his loving wife of 46 years, Anna M. Desmond Iannacci, who died in 2008; his son, Thomas E. Iannacci; his siblings, Fedora Rankin and Desdemona Arcuicci; and his grandson, Lance Michael Iannacci.
Survivors: devoted father of Michael F. Iannacci (Jan), Jeremiah A. Iannacci (Amanda) and Edna Maria Tribbett (Jim); also survived by three grandchildren and soon-to-be granddaughter, Ella Iannacci
