Michael P. DeLacy, 71, of Ridley Park, died April 28, 2022 at his home.

Born in Philadelphia to Paul M. and Anne Conway DeLacy he has lived in Delaware county all his life.

He served a tour of duty in the Navy during the Vietnam war and was a career mechanic for the United Postal Service before retiring.

He loved his family and was an avid Motor Cycle enthusiast and regularly attended rallies at Sturgis. Laconia, and Daytona.

He was quiet and introspective and will be missed.

He was predeceased by his siblings Chris and Diane and is survived his wife of 44 years, Maryanne Beattie DeLacy;  his sons Nick Nicholson (Beth), Drew Nicholson (Rita), Michael DeLacy, William DeLacy (Colleen) and Joseph DeLacy (Laura); brothers Mark DeLacy and Jerry DeLacy; also, his grandchildren, Shane, Michael, Mya, Ryan and Brian.

Funeral Service and burial will be private.
