Meghan Cullen, age 43, lost her longtime battle with addiction disorder on April 13, 2022. Born in Middletown Township, she was the daughter of James P. Curran and Janet R. Trefz Curran. Meghan is also survived by her daughter Ava Grace Cullen, her sister Caitlin Curran and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Meghan was so much more than an addict. She was a daughter, sister, mother and friend. While attending Mount Pleasant High School she excelled and graduated in three years and went on to become a smart, fashionable woman. Meghan was a competitive swimmer, specializing and excelling in breaststroke. She loved hair, clothes and make up. Meghan tried to stay drug free, but she relapsed numerous times always fighting the fight. Her biggest regret was losing her relationship with her daughter but the need for drugs was too strong. Please have empathy for people with internal battles. Despite years of worry and prayers her passing is a shock. May she now have the peace in heaven she wanted so hard on earth.
