Obituary
Masie A. Howard Manata, 89 of Swarthmore, died February 22, 2011 at Taylor Hospital.
Born in Folsom, Mrs. Manata has lived in Swarthmore for the past 56 years.
She was a graduate of Ridley Township High School, and was a cashier at ACME Markets in Woodlyn for 33 years, retiring in 1986. She was also a member of Our Lady Senior Travel Club.
She was wife of the late Louis C. Manata who died in 1985, daughter of the late Eugene and Rena Norton Howard, also predeceased by five siblings.
Survivors: children, Louis C. Manata, Jr., Helenann Lodge and Frances McDonough (George), also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service 10 AM Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park where friends may call after 9 AM.
Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery.
