Mary H. Antico Pepe, 81 formerly of Woodlyn died April 27, 2011 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Born in Cincinnati and reared in the St. Joseph Orphanage, Mrs. Pepe lived in Woodlyn prior to moving to Springfield 3 1/2 years ago.
Mrs. Pepe was an administrative assistant at Society of Financial Service Professionals, retiring in June of 2010 and was previously employed by American Airlines and Sears. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church where she sang in the choir. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed baking goodies with her grandchildren, sewing and crafts. She was a caring and loving mother, grandmother and to her many friends.
She was wife of the late Joseph F. Pepe who died January 24, 2011 after 56 years of marriage. Daughter of the late Anthony and Lillian Crail Antico.
Survivors: Sons, William J. Nichols, III (Cindy) of Philadelphia, Joseph A. Pepe (late Sandra) of Boothwyn and David W. Pepe of N. Wilmington, DE. Grandchildren Stephanie, Tara, Lisa and Joey, also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Funeral Liturgy: 1 PM Monday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park
Visitation: after 11:30 AM at the funeral home
Burial: SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
