Mary Jane Woolford Gane, 87, of Ridley Park, died January 13, 2019 at her home. Born and raised in Media, she was the daughter of the late Linwood and Helen Marie Leonard Woolford and moved to her late residence in 1954.

Mary Jane was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1949 and was employed by Riddle Memorial Hospital for 25 years. She was a member of the Church of St. Madeline, an avid league bowler, loved crossword puzzles, ceramics and game shows but most important was her family.

Mary Jane was predeceased by her son, Kenneth Gane; and her siblings, James A. Woolford, Thelma Congleton and Thomas A. Woolford.

She was the wife of James F. Gane, Sr., her husband of 65 years; mother of James F. Gane, Jr. (Debbie), Edward Gane (Bonnie), Mary Sue DeGrave, Ronald Gane (Joan) and Robert Gane; sister of Arthur Woolford; and also, survived by 15 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078, where relatives and friends may call from 9:15-10:15 AM.

Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken
