Mary T. Lukes Emanuel, 79 of Elwyn, PA died January 18, 2011 at Taylor Hospital.
Born in Chester, PA, she has lived in Elwyn for the past forty three years.
Mrs. Emanuel was a legal secretary for Gibbons, Buckley, Smith, Palmer and Proud Law Office in Media for 18 years until retiring in 1996.
She was daughter of the late John and Mary Dalen Lukes and sister of the late Josephine Kent, Jean News, Anne Killen and Pauline DuWeglou.
Survivors: her husband of 57 years, William J. Emanuel, children: Jeffrey Emanuel (Alyson) of Raleigh, NC, Cynthia Bregande (Michael) of Glen Mills and Mark Emanuel (Evelyn) of Downigntown, brother: Paul Lukes (Regina) of Glen RIddle, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service and burial private.
