Mark S. Tancredi, 64, a life long resident of Ridley township passed away peacefully, on September 29, 2023, surrounded by his family.  He was the son of the late Vincent and Marie Palma Tancredi.

Mark was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1977, he worked at Smart Park before retiring in 2013 and had previously worked in the hospitality industry.  Mark was a member of Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.  He loved golfing, fishing and ice-cold Miller Lites, Mark also loved spending time with his family especially his cherished granddaughters.

He was the loving husband of 39 years to Patricia M. "Trish" O'Neill Tancredi, devoted father of Mark S. Tancredi, Jr. (Colleen) and Sean Tancredi (Amanda), grandfather of Gia and Ella Tancredi, brother of Guy Tancredi (Jean), Marion Tancredi Cimino, Michael Tancredi and the late William P. Breeze, Joseph Tancredi, Giselda Henderson and Patrick Tancredi, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass 11 AM Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church, Fairview Rd. and Michigan Ave., Swarthmore where relatives and friends may call 9:45 to 10:45 AM.  Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
