Mark Craig Aronson
It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my wonderful, loving, and amazing husband Mark Craig Aronson (69) of Aston, PA. Mark passed away on Wednesday, January 4 th , 2023.
Born in Chester, PA. Graduated from Sun Valley High School class of 1971. Mark was christened at Mt. Hope United Methodist Church when he was a baby and became a member of the church in 1966 to August 2022. He was a Boy Scout and was a team player for the Aston-Middletown Softball League. He was a Delaware County Daily Times newspaper delivery boy. Mark was also a CB enthusiast with a handle of BlueMax. He was Member of the Senior DeMolay, Chester Chapter Order of the DeMolay, Located in Chester PA from 1967 to 1971. Mark lived in Village Green, Aston, PA until his job transfer to Houston, Texas in 1979 to 1984 and again in 1992 to 2007, where he then moved back to his hometown of Aston, PA from 2007 to the present. He was a member of the Aston Area Jaycees from 1986 to 1991. He was the Past President of the Aston Area Jaycees from 1989 to 1990. A Blue-Chip Award-Winning Chapter from 1989 to 1990. He was also the Past District Director of the Pennsylvania Jaycees - District 23 from 1990 to 1991. Mark was selected as an Outstanding Young Men of America Award winner from 1989 to 1991, also a Past School Board Director for the Penn-Delco School District from 1991 to 1992. He was a member of the White Sands Swim Club located in Village Green, Aston, PA in his younger years. He was a participant in Delaware County's Senior Games which were held throughout the Greater Delaware County Area. Mark was the class member that initiated the 50+1 Sun Valley 1971 Class Reunion. Mark was the Originator and Creator of the Bob Pantano Saturday Night Dance Party Meet and Greet Socials. He was known as "Maddog". Mark was very outgoing and never met a stranger.
Mark retired from Terminix Pest Control Company as a Senior Pest Control Technician after 36 ½ years.
Mark was the son of the late Stanley and Olive Lorraine (Haines) Aronson and brother of the late Beverly Jean (Aronson) Petrosky.
Survived by his loving wife of 24 years, De'Lisa Aronson (Lady Moe), Children; Brian N. Aronson, Michael F. Jaume' II (Carrie), Kelsey L. Jaume' Riveros (Diego), Grandchildren; Madelynn M. Aronson and Morgan E. Aronson, Michael F. Jaume' III and Arthur O. Jaume'. Sister; Carol Lynn (Aronson) Owen Kiker (Ronald), several Nieces and Nephews; Great-Nieces and Nephews and many Cousins. Also many friends from all around the world.
