Obituary
Marie A. Smith Mullen, 87, of Ridley Park died peacefully on December 10, 2012. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Mullen lived in Folcroft prior to moving to her late residence 23 years ago.
Marie had previously been employed by Whitman Chocolates and was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church and was former 2 Streeter. Marie enjoyed family gatherings, Ridley Seniors and playing pinochle with family and friends.
She was daughter of the late George and Mary Carr Smith, and sister of the late George, Matt, Eleanor and Irene.
Survivors: her husband of 66 years, Wesley S. Mullen, mother of Wesley R. Mullen (Connie) and Carol Schnepp (Deacon Larry), grandmother of Larry D., Lisa, Marc, Merri and Stephanie, great-grandmother of Dante', Aubrey and Lucia.
Funeral Mass: 10 AM Thursday at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone
Visitation: 8:45 to 9:45 AM Thursday at the church.
Burial: Valley Forge Gardens
