Margaret M. "Peg" Hohman Steger, of Maris Grove, died July 13, 2013 at Rose Court at Maris Grove. Born in Philadephia, she was wife of the late Harry Kirby Steger, who died in 2002, daughter of the late Lewis G. and Cyril M. Lynaugh Hohman and grandmother of the late David Paul Franz.

Peg lived in Sharon Hill and Wallingford before moving to her late residence eight years ago. She was active in the Maris Grove community and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church. Peg was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.


Survivors: Mother of Harry Kirby Steger, Jr. (Annette), Barbara Devaney (Jim), Kathy Franz, Paul Steger (Patty), Margaret Coffey (David) and Lewis Steger (Julie); Grandmother of Jennifer, H. Kirby III, Keith, Kevin, Kristin, Brian, Megan, Laura, Jenny, Paul, Dennis, Emily, Michael and Tori. Also survived by seven Great Grandchildren.


Celebration of Life and Liturgy 11:00 AM Monday, July 22, 2013 at Maris Grove Chapel, 200 Maris Grove Way, Glen Mills, where friends may call after 10:00 AM.
