Margaret "Peggy" A. O'Brien-Lombardo

Margaret A. "Peggy" O'Brien-Lombardo, 95 of Crystal River, FL died on July 17,2026. Peggy had lived in Eddstyone before moving to Florida in 2005.

She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls, class of 1948 and was also a graduate of Chester Hospital School of Nursing. During her career she had worked at the Wilmington VA Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital and at DelCheco Urinary Associates.

Peggy was predeceased by her son-in-law Dr. Nicholai Zelneronok, her parents Brendan and Elizabeth Brett O'Brien, her silbings Mary Holt and Dr. Brenden O'Brien and her brother-in-law Dr. Henry Holt.

She is survived by her daughter Pegi Zelneronok , her grandchildren Nikole Zelneronok Young (Grayson) and Mark Zelneronok (Kristen) and her sister-in-law Kathy O'Brien.

Services and burial will be held privately.
