Manuel Raymond Freire 61 of Crum Lynne, died July 10, 2015 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
Born in Garden City, NY, he was son of Manuel B. and the late Mary E. Nolan Freire, living in Ridley Park before moving to his late residence eight years ago.
Raymond graduated from the Church Farm School in Paoli and West Chester University with a BS Degree in History. A longtime member of Providence House, he was a history buff, an avid reader and trivia expert, also attending Al Anon.
Raymond is survived by his brothers Christopher Freire and Manuel "Bo" Freire (Linda); nephew Bo Freire (Penny); also two great nephews.
Memorial service 12 Noon Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, 1130 Chester Pike, Crum Lynne, PA where friends may call after 11:00AM. Burial private.
Memorial gifts to Ridley Park Library, 107 W. Ward St., Ridley Park, PA 19078.
