Mack D. Shumaker, 86, of Prospect Park died November 6, 2020 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.  Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Mack Douglass and Etta Wolle Shumaker and resided in Chester and Ridley Park before moving to his late residence 40 years ago.

Mack was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1952.  He was employed by the Boro of Prospect Park as a Crossing Guard at the corner of 13 ^th & Lincoln Avenues for 20 years.  He previously worked for Southeast Delco School District as a Custodian.  Mack was a former marathon runner and an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Curtis Shumaker, Ronald Shumaker and Irene Morgan.

Mack is survived by his wife of 33 years, Donna M. Mikula Shumaker; and was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Services and Burial were held privately.
