Louis E. Schiller, 88 of Ridley Park died on May 29, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Louis M. and Margaret E. (nee Montgomery) Schiller, he lived in Philadelphia before moving to Ridley Park 57 years ago.

Lou was a graduate of John Bartram High School, class of 1955 and had also served in the US Army Reserves. For over 40 years, he was employed as a Sheet Metal Assembler at the Boeing Company before his retirement in 1999. Lou was a member of The Church of St. Madeline in Ridley Park and his hobbies included being a CB Radio Operator, watching NASCAR and working on cars, especially his 1964 Galaxie 500. Lou also loved to drive and enjoyed traveling across the United States with his family. He loved riding motorcycles with his sons and the Boeing Vertol Motorcycle Club. He was always first on the block to discover and acquire the latest new technology. He was a "Mr. Fix-it" and could figure out how to improve anything to make it better.

He was the loving husband of 58 years to Janice P. Schiller (nee Brown), devoted father of Louis E. Schiller, Jr. (Diana) and Michael A. Schiller, grandfather of Daniel J. Schiller, brother of the late David A. Schiller and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10 AM on Monday, June 8, 2026 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 9 AM. Burial private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Delaware County Down Syndrome Interest Group, PO Box 5066, Springfield, PA 19064 would be appreciated.
