Louis A. Schiano 81 of Boothwyn, died June 29, 2014 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he lived in Dingmans Ferry, PA before moving to Upper Chichester ten years ago.

Louis was a retired New York City Police Officer and last worked at the Army Reserve Center in the 78th Division in Mt. Freedom, NJ, retiring in 1997. He was also a retired from the U.S. Army Reserves.

He was father of the late Conrad L. Schiano who died in 1996 and son of the late Pasquale and Maria Esposito Schiano.

Louis is survived by his wife Dorothy C. Schiano (nee Czoska); sons Richard A. Schiano (Cheryl) and Michael A. Schiano (Alesa); his daughter Jeanine Cuculino (Dr. Greg); his siblings Anthony Schiano and Carmela Gambino; also eight grandchildren and one great grandson.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at St. John Fisher R.C. Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA. Burial Mount Hope Cemetery.
