Louis J. DeAngelis, 70 of Aston died on January 14, 2025 at his home.  Born in Upper Darby, the son of the late Louis and Mary Murphy DeAngelis, he lived in Sharon Hill before moving to Aston in 1993.

Louis was a graduate of Darby-Colwyn High School, class of 1972 and was a proud veteran of the US Air Force.  He was a member of Mount Hope United Methodist Church and was employed as a Policeman for the Delaware River Port Authority.  Louis loved the outdoors and going to the firing range, he was also a member of Delaware County Field and Stream.  He enjoyed military history, especially World War II.  Louis loved animals and listening to music, especially Frank Sinatra and polka, his other hobbies included reading, puzzles, trivia and trips to the Poconos and camping.

He was the husband of Svetlana Gritsakova DeAngelis and the late Theresa V. O'Donnell DeAngelis, father of Mary DeAngelis and Robyn DeAngelis (Casey) and brother of Aaron DeAngelis and Susan DeAngelis.

Services will be held privately.
