1947-2016

LeRoy C. "Lee" Suter, 69, a lifelong resident of Aston died November 6, 2016 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.  Born in Upland he was a son of the late Burton and Helen J. Walters Suter.

Lee was a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran who served during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of American Legion Post #926 Green Ridge and Bonaventure-Clark Post #6613 VFW.  Lee was also a lifelong member of the Industrial Valley Softball League where he served as President.  He loved fishing and summers at Sea Isle, NJ and spending time with his grandchildren and attending their activities.  He was also a regular at the Aston Diner where he had made many friendships.

He was husband of the late Marlyn L. "Mickey" Schukraft Suter who died January 27, 2013 after 44 years of marriage and brother of the late Burton Suter, Jr., Joan Steward and Susan Jamison.

Survivrors: father of Lisa Goodson (Doug) and Meleia Armour, brother of Robert Suter (Patricia), grandfather of Noah and Ethan Goodson and Alexis and Nathan Armour.

Visitation: 7 to 9 PM Thursday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston.
