Lena C. McNamara, 99, of Milmont Park died on January 17, 2021 at her home.  Daughter of the late James J. and Mary G. Gavetti DiMatteo, she had been a lifelong resident of Ridley Township.

Lena was a graduate of Ridley Township High School and Keystone Business School.  She was last employed as a Switchboard Operator and Secretary at the Ridley Township Municipal Building for 19 years. Prior to that she worked at Bell Telephone Company and has been managing her commercial property for 56 years. Lena loved cooking her Italian cuisine for her family and friends, she enjoyed helping and serving others since she was a young girl, shopping and maintaining her lovely home.

She was loving wife of the late Edward B. "Mac" McNamara, devoted mother to Edward "Ned", Jaqueline M. and the late Dennis J. McNamara; cherished grandmother to Benjamin DiMedio, Brittany and Brooke McNamara; great-grandmother to Madelyn Helena; sister of Joy Shields and Maryanne Tiburzi, also survived by her grand-dog Zorro.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Monday, January 25, 2021 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Park, PA where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM.  Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
