Obituary

Lawrence J. "LaFish" Fisher, 53 of Aston, died August 11, 2011 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

Born in Chester, he was the son of the late Lewis H. Fisher and has been a lifelong resident of Aston.

He was employed as an operator at Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority for thirteen years.

"LaFish" was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 1976 and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Media Lodge #2186, the Lenni Athletic Club, also a social member of the Bonaventure-Clark VFW Post # 6613 and was Harbor Master of the Indian Acres Boat Club. He was very fond of his grandpuppy "Wimbley."

Survivors; his wife of 28 years Deborah A. Meehan Fisher, his chlildren Tara N. Brenner (David) and Lawrence B. "Bubba" Fisher, his mother Florence L. White Fisher, his brothers Lewis T. Fisher, Edward J. Fisher and Donald H. Fisher.

Visitation: Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 9:30AM to 12:00Noon at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston, PA. Burial private.
