Kathryn "Kathy" Hipple Seward, 54 of Aston, passed away on March 5, 2012 at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse.

Born in Upland, Kathy was a lifelong resident of Aston.
She was a Medical Transcriptionist for Preferred Transcription Service for the past five years.

Kathy was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, Class of 1975 and also Goldey Beacom College.
She was a member and avid supporter of the Teal Ribbon Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, as well as a Lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America. Kathy enjoyed traveling and the theater, but most important to her was her family.

Kathy was daughter of the late Edward Coe and Margaret Mae Skinter Hipple.

Survivors: her husband of 32 years; Alvin "Bud" Seward, her sons; Edward James Seward (Dana Tripodi) and Joseph Ernest Seward, her siblings; Penny Huth, Sandra Johnson, Edward Hipple, Elizabeth Rubino, Charlotte Yarnall and Cassia Rocha and her step-father; Joseph Rubino.

Memorial Service 11:00AM Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston

Visitation; Saturday after 10:00AM at the funeral home.
Burial private.
