Kathleen "Kathy" M. Cole-Griffin, 56, of Brookhaven, died on June 8, 2018 at Sterling Healthcare & Rehab Center. She was born in Chester to the late Gerald R. and Mary A. Fusco Cole.

Kathy was a graduate of Notre Dame de Lourdes High School, class of 1979 and attended RETS Electronic school in Broomall. She was last employed by Seamus Mulligan's Pub as a cook. Kathy loved cooking, her two Shar-Pei's Daisy and Peaches, sports, especially basketball and enjoyed trips to Canada and fishing.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, David J. Griffin; her brother, Michael Cole (Roberta); nephew, Patrick Cole; and other extended family.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 AM Thursday, June 21, 2018 at The Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Road, Aston where friends may call after 10:00AM.
