Julia attended Archbishop Prendergast High School and graduated from Upper Darby High School, class of 1969.  She was devoted to her catholic faith and was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church.  She loved animals and enjoyed decorating, caring for houseplants and arts and crafts, but most important was her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

She was sister of the late Gregory McCullough (Dianne).

Julia was the loving wife of Arthur S. Krauss, Jr., devoted mother to Gretchen Gillespie (Mark), Mary Piffath (Brad), Arthur S. Krauss, III, Julie Bowders (Greg) and Eric Krauss (Christina), sister of Ethel Dougherty, Harold McCullough, Jr. (Gerry), Rosemarie Nakashima (Dr. Rolland), Arthur McCullough, Mary McCullough, Marie Polce and Tony McCullough, also survived by ten cherished grandchildren.

Funeral Mass 11 AM Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Our Lady of Peace R.C Church, 208 Milmont Ave, Milmont Park, PA where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:45 AM.  Burial Edgewood Memorial Park.
