Joyce D. Zarr, 86, lifelong resident of Ridley Park died November 27, 2016 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Ridley Park, she was the daughter of the late Robert S. and Beulah Small Dugan.

Joyce was a graduate of Ridley Park High School, class of 1948 and attended Temple University. She was an active member of the Ridley Park Presbyterian Church, where she also was employed as a Nursery School Teacher. Joyce loved being with her family, especially her five grandsons and she was very involved with the Ridley Park Fabulous Forties Reunion Committee. She also enjoyed the Phillies.

Joyce was predeceased by her siblings, Robert Dugan, Howard "Cy" Dugan, Edna Mays and Allan Dugan.

She was the loving wife of Robert R. Zarr, III, her husband of 62 years; mother of Robert R. Zarr, IV (Sue), Warren I. Zarr (Beth) and Mary Elizabeth Reynolds; grandmother of Timmy and Aaron Reynolds and Tyler, Adam, and Nathan Zarr

Visitation: 7:00–9:00 PM Friday, December 2, 2016 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078 and after 9:30 AM Saturday at church.

Funeral Service: 10:00 AM Saturday at the Ridley Park Presbyterian Church, 300 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park

Burial: Arlington Cemetery
