Josephine A. Ginestar Zarro, 87, of Milmont Park, died December 12, 2015 at Taylor Hospital. Born in White Plains, NY, she was a daughter of the late Jose and Lena Minchella Ginestar and has resided at her late residence since 1958.

Jo was a graduate of White Plains High School, class of 1946, and a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, where she was a former volunteer. She was an avid Phillies fan and a member of the Ladies Auxillary, Knights of Columbus Peace Council #4518 and the Notre Dame Golden Age Seniors, but most important was her devotion to her home and family. "Jo had a very positive attitude and was a pleasant person who always had a smile."

Jo was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Peter N. Zarro, who died December 9, 2005.

Jo was the mother of Lorraine A. Phillips (Robert) and Peter J. Zarro (Stacey); sister of Lena Ginestar; also grandmother of Michael, Andrew and Peter Phillips, Vincent, Nicholas, Samantha and Isabella Zarro.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA 19033 where friends may call from 9:00 to 10:15AM

Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery
