Joseph "Dusty" J. Miller, 81, of Upland died on January 18, 2022 at his home.  Born in Chester, the son of the late William J. and Irene Miles Miller, he lived in Lansdowne before moving to Upland ten years ago.

Joe was a graduate of Chester High School and was last employed as a Security Guard at Giant Markets, he had previously worked for Accurate Recycling and Guyer Construction.  He was a member of the Miller Family Historical Society, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2198 in Aston and a Life Member of Felton Hose and Chemical, now Chester Township Fire Department.  Joe was also a former member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club in Marcus Hook and loved NASCAR and the Philadelphia sports teams.

Joe was brother of the late Carol A. Miller Graham, Ronald F. Miller and William J. Miller, Jr.

He is survived by his children; Brian W. Miller (Christina) and Donna L. Moore, his brother Charles P. Miller (Verna) and his grandchildren; Michael Miller and Samuel Moore.

Funeral Service 1 PM Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Moose Lodge #2198, 4090 Mount Road, Aston where friends may call after 12 noon.
