Joseph A. Di Domizio, 83, of Lincoln University passed peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on January 29, 2023. He was born in Chester and raised his family in the Swarthmorewood section of Ridley Township before moving to Lincoln University 17 years ago.

Joe was a veteran of the US Army and had been employed by ConocoPhillips Oil Refinery for 30 years before his retirement. Joe loved gardening and sharing the fruits of his labors with others. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing cards with his friends. Joe loved his family and was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren.

Those who knew Joe loved him for his special way of lighting up a room and letting those around him know how special they were to him. He was caring and generous to those who were blessed to be with him. He adored his old friends and made meaningful friendships lifelong.

He was the loving husband of the late Trudy Di Domizio, the father of Ann Maria Di Domizio, Mark Di Domizio, Alfred Di Domizio (Nicole), Joey Marie Sweeney and Debra T. Wright (Richard), and grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is survived by his brother William DiDomizio. He is preceded in death by his grandson Michael D. Pyle, his brother Sylvino Rocco DiDomizio, and his sisters Sylvia Leigh & Marie Skinner.

Funeral Service 11:00AM Monday, February 6, 2023 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave. Ridley Park, PA where relatives and friends may call after 10:00AM. Burial Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
