Joseph J. Borsuk, 93, of Lima, died October 12, 2014 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Chester, son of the late John and Mary Wlochawicz Borsuk, he lived in Folsom, Aston, and Concord Twp. prior to moving to his late residence at Fair Acres seven years ago.
Joe graduated from St. Roberts Elementary School and served in the Construction Battalion of the US Navy during WWII. He worked in the Ridley area for 65 years as a self-employed carpenter/contractor. Joseph enjoyed the Wildwoods and fishing, but most important was time with family and friends.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Mary Kosteski, Nicholas "Mike" Borsuk, Anna Mastin, Philip Borsuk, Emillia Sapola, Jennie Borsuk, and Casmir Borsuk.
Joe was survived by his sister, Bernice Fulmer; many nieces and nephews; and his special friends, the Fizzano Family.
