John C. Wadlinger, 77, of Prospect Park died April 19, 2019 at Taylor Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Charles and Hazel Wadlinger.

John was a graduate of John Bartram High School, class of 1960 and was employed by Holiday Inn, now Wyndham, from 1990 until his retirement in 2017. He loved watching the news, nature programs and PBS. John was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loved his cat, Cuddles.

He was predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Reginia A. "Jeannie" Duncan Wadlinger, who died December 23, 2017.

John was the father of Edwin Duncan and Jimmy Duncan (April); grandfather of Hailey Duncan, Angelina Duncan and Nicholas Duncan; and brother of Patricia Henderson.
