John C. Trapp, 77, of Claymont, DE died September 30, 2016 at his home. Born in Harrisonville, MO, he was the son of the late John Lawrence Trapp and Mildred W. Collins Trapp.
John was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1956 and served in the US Navy. He also served and retired from the US Air Force, where he was a Transportation Supervisor. John was an avid reader and enjoyed drawing and art. He was very interested in family heritage and genealogy.
Survivors: father of John Gary Spies and Joanna Marie Giacone; brother of Shirley A. Whartnaby and Irene T. Mitchell
