John Ruggierio 89 of West Chester, died on May 6, 2023.

He was born in Springfield and lived in Media before moving to West Chester 59 years ago.

John was a graduate of Springfield High School and a US Army veteran. He enjoyed bird watching and volunteering to help others.

He was the son of the late Frank and Angelina Ruggierio and brother of the late Angie Coaro.

John is survived by his wife of 66 years, Hisako Kinjo Ruggierio ; his son Jack Ruggierio and granddaughter Jessica Ruggierio.
