John J. Pavlock, 90, of Woodlyn died on September 9, 2023.  Born in Chester, the son of the late John P. and Amelia Huss Pavlock, he lived in Wallingford before moving to Woodlyn in 1955.
John was a graduate of Williamson Trade School was employed as an electrician at OTIS Elevators before retiring in 1992.  He was a member of the Elevators Construction Union Local #5 and loved fishing for both fresh and saltwater fish.   John enjoyed working with stained glass, wood carving and making wooden duck decoys, but the most important part of his life was his family.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Betty Ann Stevens Pavlock, his children John P. Pavlock and Beth Ann Pavlock (Dale Blankley), his sister Amelia "Amy" DiSimine and was the grandfather of Regan Elizabeth Pavlock, Jack Garrett Pavlock, and the late Krista Marie Noorman and Frank Ronald Pavlock.
