John P. "Jack" Donohue, Jr., 67, of Brookhaven died November 3, 2010 surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Donohue was son of the late John P. and Rita Manley Donohue. He was a resident of Brookhaven for the past 45 years coming from Collingdale. He was a driver/salesman for Coca-Cola Bottling Company for forty two years.
Mr. Donohue graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School for Boys in 1962 and served with the Pennsylvania National Guard. He loved his summer home in Longbeach Island, NJ (Manahawkin) where he enjoyed fishing, boating and his many friends; He also enjoyed visiting Memphis, and was known as a "Mr. Fix-it", not only working on his own projects but also helping his friends and family. Most important to Jack was his devotion to his wife, children and grandchildren.
Mr. Donohue was brother of the late Teresa M. Donohue.
Survivors: his loving wife of forty four years Sally Smith Donohue, devoted father of Patrick F. Donohue (Melanie) Memphis, TN, Kellie D. Vaccaro (John) Rose Valley, PA and Matthew C. Donohue (Jennifer) Brookhaven, PA. Brother of Robert F. Donohue Memphis, TN, Charles E. Donohue Secane, PA and Claire D. Kuhn Media, PA. Grandfather of Hunter, Chance, Allie, Jack and Lexie.
Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Monday at Our Lady of Charity R.C. Church, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven, PA
Visitation: Sunday 6 to 8 PM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park
