Obituary
John P. "Jack" Baidokas, 72, of Media died suddenly at his home on July 20, 2021. Born in Pottsville, son of the late Peter J. and Mary Hopko Baidokas, he grew up in Essington and lived in Folsom before moving to his late residence 25 years ago.
Jack was a graduate of St. James High School, class of 1966 and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a machinist at Boeing for 45 years before retiring in 2016. Jack was an avid soccer fan and enjoyed attending his nieces and nephews sporting events.
He was brother of Colleen Swavy (Al), Leonard M. Baidokas (Joan) and James Baidokas (Terry), uncle of Allison Swavy-Minton (Gregory), Katie Swavy, Stephanie Baidokas and Robert Baidokas, and great-uncle to Luca and Cooper Minton.
Funeral Liturgy 11:30 AM Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call after 10:30 AM. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
