John C. O'Leary 65 of Aston Township, died November 1, 2014 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, John was son of the late Gordon G. and Helen Claire Pulver Hutton O'Leary and lived in Media before moving to his late residence four years ago.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War and earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal. John was a member of Green Ridge American Legion Post #926 and the Norwood VFW Post # 7213. John was an avid gun and bow hunter and won a State Championship for archery.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Melinda L. Miller O'Leary; daughter Melissa L. Manley; grandchildren Dallas and Leah Manley; also his siblings Chris Hutton, Gordon Hutton, George Hutton, Claire Walsh, Donna MacIntosh and Janine Loomas and his cat Goober.

Graveside service 10:30AM Friday, November 7, 2014 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA 17003.
