John E. Lambert, 93, of Glen Mills died May 26, 2017 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John Littleton and Edna Whartnaby Lambert and resided in Aston before moving to his late residence in 1997.
John served in the US Army during WWII and was employed by Westinghouse Corp. before retiring in 1984. He was a member of the New Horizons Fellowship Church. John loved the beach, going out to dinner, traveling and cruising, but most important was time with his family.
John was predeceased by his first wife, Sara J. Garrett Lambert, who died May 25, 1992; his son, John D. Lambert, who died May 27, 1991; his granddaughters, Megan and Abigail; his sister, Lydia Scholl; and his brother, Thomas Lambert.
Survivors: loving husband of Juanita M. Lanham Buck Lambert, his wife of 24 years; stepfather of Cheryl Fitzpatrick (Robert), Christine Gianotti (Tony) and Rhonda Buck; also, 10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Burial: Magnolia Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA
