On March 25, 2010 of Boothwyn, PA. Survived by his companion and loving caregiver Valerie Pandak. Son of James R. and Joan Stockley Higgins, Jr. Brother of the late James R. Higgins,III. Father of Kevin Higgins and Keri Higgins. Step-father of Kristy Clark. Grandson of Catherine Higgins and grandfather of Tyler, Lilly and Taryn.
