John C. Coppick, 78 of Brookhaven, died February 25, 2022 at his home.  Born in Syracuse, NY, he lived in Ridley Park before moving to Brookhaven 47 years ago.

He was last employed by Teamsters, Local 463 and was a mechanic for Wawa, Inc. John was a graduate of Ridley Park High School, class of 1966 and a member of Delco Cruisers and the NRA, he also enjoyed watching NASCAR. He was an avid muscle car enthusiast and raced cars, boats and was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his dogs, especially Maggie and Sam but most important to him was his family and friends.

John was the husband of the late Suzanne M. Zolochik Coppick his wife of 41 years, who died in 2008; son of the late Dr. Sydney and Gladys W. Giles Coppick and brother of the late Thomas E. Coppick.

He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Jane Sakers (Wesley) and Colleen Chew (Tom); his grandchildren Ashley Sakers and Karley Chew; also, great grandchildren, Sophia, Juliette, Wesley, III and Maverick.
