John F. Clavin, Jr., 85 of Ridley Park, died on May 16, 2023 at his home.

John was born in Philadelphia, living in Darby before moving to his late residence 56 years ago.

He was employed as a Tax Processing Manager.

John was a graduate of West Catholic High School, class of 1955 and was a US Air Force veteran.

He was an avid golfer, playing at Beckett Golf Club and he loved dogs.

John was the loving husband of the late Jean E. Campbell Clavin, his wife of 58 years, who died in 2020 and son of the late John F. and Catherine Burns Clavin.

He is survived by his brother Michael J. Clavin (Jane) and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Monday, May 22, 2023 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA 19033 where relatives and friends may call 9:15- 10:15AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
