Of Norwood, PA. Husband of the late Elsie V. Bissinger (nee Nellius), father of Jean DeVuono, Debbie Tinney, Jane Brady, John A. Bissinger, Jr., Carol Smiley, Shirley Bitting, Robert O. Bissinger, Elsie Hunt, Joseph E. Bissinger and Joyce Davis, brother of Margaret Lang and Karl Bissinger. Also survived by thrity-one grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 10 AM Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at St. Gabriel R.C. Church, 233 Mohawk Avenue, Norwood. Visitation 6 to 8 PM Monday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park. Burial Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
