Joanne E. Ewing Ruebeck, 73 of Aston formally of New Castle and Lewes, DE died on January 22, 2022 at her home. Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Theresa F. Opdenaker Ewing, Jr.
Joanne enjoyed arts, crafts, painting, loved gardening, reading, camping, fishing, cooking, going to the beach and more than anything spending time with her Grandchildren.
She was wife of the late Lenard E. Ruebeck who died on November 28, 2019, mother of James J. O'Reilly, Scott Ruebeck (Angie), Marc Ruebeck (Kimberly), Edward Ruebeck (Janice), Wendy Fontello (Lance), stepmother of Michelle Eltringham (Kevin) and Lenard Ruebeck, Jr. (Kelly), sister of William E., III (Sue), Gregg, Terry (BethAnn) and Brian (Paula) Ewing, also 17 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
