Jimmy L. Richey, 74, of Ridley Park died March 21, 2020 in Prospect Park. Born and raised in Gladewater, TX, he was the son of the late Gus and Bonnie Blaylock Richey and moved to his late residence 25 years ago.

Jimmy served in the US Navy and was employed by Boeing Co. as an Engineer until his retirement. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, computer games, boating, traveling, auto racing, shopping and his collection of train sets.

Jimmy was predeceased by his siblings, Glenn Richey, Lindal Foster O'Neal and Mary Richey.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Penelope "Pennie" Connolly Richey; his children, Barbara Pantoja, Jimmy L. Richey, II and Robert Richey; his stepchildren, Renata Gray, Donna Cardwell and Carole Kus; his grandchildren, Alexander Richey, Becky Kus and Christopher Cardwell; and his great granddaughters, Kelsey Greene and Lexi Kus.
