Jimmie Patselas, 66, of Chester Heights, died November 16, 2019 at Penn Medicine Hospice at Chester County Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late George and Esther Kauffman Patselas and resided in West Chester before moving to his late residence 19 years ago.
Jimmie was a graduate of Abington High School and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Carpenter's Union Local #8 and loved to hunt and work with wood, but most important was his family and friends.
Jimmie was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Gertrude Duffy Beam.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra "Sandi" Beam Patselas; his daughter, Christelle "Muffi" Patselas; his siblings, Peter Patselas (Frani) and Despina Peterman (James); and his special friends, Brian and Kathleen Naylor. Along with many nieces and nephews, Cathy Commentucci (Joe), Jenna O'Roake (Brian), George Patselas (Holly), Nick Skoufalos (Jean) and Jennifer Petronis (Frank); Patrick McLaughlin, Brian McLaughlin, Madison Patselas, Nicholas Skoufalos, Emily Patselas, Joey Commentucci, Julia Skoufalos, Fiona O'Roake, Eloise O'Roake, Frankie Petronis, Addison Skoufalos, Ella Petronis, and his Godchildren, Lee and Elizabeth Naylor.
Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, 208 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA 19033, where relatives and friends may call from 9:15-10:15 AM.
Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery
