Jeffrey D. Chalfant 57, a lifelong resident of Brookhaven, died December 29, 2014 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
Born in Upland, Jeffrey was son of the late Albert M. and Doris A. McKenna Chalfant, Jr.
Jeff was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 1975 where excelled in many sports. He was a devote Christian who loved the Lord.
He is survived by his sister Constance J. "Connie" Carducci (Mike Creager); his brother Albert M. Chalfant, III (Donna); nieces, nephews and cousins.
