Jeanette M. Sides (nee Van Es), 79, a lifelong resident of Marcus Hook died on December 27, 2023.  Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Helen M. Morgan Van Es.
Jeanette was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls, class of 1961 and was a member of Immaculate Conception of Lourdes R.C. Church.
She was employed as an Admissions Representative at Crozer Chester Medical Center for 10 year before retiring in 2012 and had previously worked at the Franklin Mint.  Jeanette loved to read, travel and do seek-a-word and crossword puzzles, but most important was time with her family.
She was the loving mother of Susan M. Starr (Ron), Stephen Sides and Robert Sides, grandmother of Eric Starr and Jaclyn Sides, and great-grandmother of Lilly, Jackson and Harlee.
Funeral Liturgy 11 AM Friday, January 5, 2024 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.  Burial private.
