Janet A. Fritsch Francesconi 71 a lifelong resident of Woodlyn, died November 20, 2013 in the same house and room that she came into this world in.

She was employed by the County of Delaware in the COSA Division. Janet was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1960 and also Our Lady of Angles College, now Neumann University, class of 1976.

She enjoyed yoga; however her real passion in life was to make people she met feel loved and special. Known for her sense of humor and quick wit, Janet had a sidekick "Maxine" who traveled with her. She loved the symbolism of butterflies which was evident in her daily life. Most important was her love and devotion to her faith and family.

Janet was wife of the late Salvino C. "Doc" Francesconi, who died in 2005 and daughter of the late Elmer and Lillian Boyd Fritsch.

Survivors: her children Jill A. Schott, Costa N. Miller, Jr. (Sally), Ronald J. Francesconi (Rita), Michael A. Francesconi (Joyce) and Linda A. Francesconi; her sister Eleanor L. Fritsch (Pat); her grandchildren Kyra Miller, Brielle Miller, Gavin Miller and Andrew Francesconi (Jennifer) and great grandson Cole. Aunt of Kim Eife (her children Josh, Erin and Meghan) and Dino Ricci. She is also survived by her devoted neighbors Vince and Susan Almony and their daughter Allie.

Funeral Service 11:00AM Monday, November 25, 2013 at the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 501 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074 where friends may call from 9 to 10:45AM. Burial private.
